We would like to reassure everyone that the problem ZERONE detected has been solved. ZERONE detected the transmission and simply broadcast it, as it is programmed to do, so we yet again apologize. For the most part the message seems to be harmless, with what we decoded being broken or destroyed nuclear launch pods, targeted at us, but completely harmless.

The last part of the message is what worries us, however, as it suggests some sort of “clean-up fleet” being dispatched to our sector.  We only hope that whatever this thing is happens to also be completely destroyed or disabled, and that it is simply the vestigial system of some darker force.  

We have realized the issues with our weapon classification system, so we suggest instead to only use it to classify WMD’s and WUD’s. This leaves for a much more useful system for lesser weapons.

Message to the Erixian Unity.

At long last, we are finally reunited. How has it been, brother? Much has changed after our departure, I assume.  But here, we are finally safe from the Existence and we are very happy to see you. On a sad note we do not have any of the reproduction pods so we are asking to borrow half of your ships supply, which we estimate to be around 150,000.

Once you land we will refuel your ship with what you need and take the pods, and then send you off to a sector to colonize. Once we recreate our population, we will send our own ships to colonize a nearby system in the same sector, to ensure defense as well as trade. Also, please feel free to join the Elithian Alliance.

Message to the Creon Union.

We have solved the issue at hand and it is now safe to land your ships. We will prepare accommodations based on your, “more fragile” bodily needs. Based on what we have determined, we will have rooms equipped with our new cooling units to an icy 293.15K°, accompanied with purified water on tap as well as non-radiated synthetic meat, and a selection of our finest bio-vegetables, created for maximum nutrient intake.

We also have a pool and work-out area for your visitors and a few game rooms featuring traditional Erixian activities such as Laser-Ball and Holo-Play. We also have some Erixian literature available, such as “For the Republic we die: The biography of the great”. We have also ensured the Hotel and other areas are connected with an underground set of tunnels. We do not have any public transit yet, for we have not had the time or need, considering our city is only a few square kilometers long. If your people need anything, we will attempt to cater to them.

Greetings, wanderers.  We are the Erixian Republic, the descendants of a once-mighty empire from Selathis, known as the Andromeda Galaxy. We will take your probe on a few conditions; that we may send a probe of our own to scan you for any potential threats, and if your probe goes somewhere we don’t like, it will be destroyed.

We are wary of these Avikans but we have initiated contact with them. We also requested, as suggested by the Trink, to send a probe to their location as well. Out of the realm of insane prospects, we thought of a crazy idea that might work in a last resort situation.

Let’s say they turn out to be “bad guys”. If this happens, maybe while scouting one of our probes will encounter an “error” and will “accidentally” detonate it’s nuclear reactor, hopefully being powered by the most dangerous substance we can get our hands on (for us it seems to be a mixture of Ravenium and Uranium which tends to make explosions up to 10x larger, but we will keep experimenting).

Yes we just suggested a crazy idea, but things like this have happened before and have worked.  And it’s only a suggestion, after all, it is possible the Avikans are genuinely good. Considering they are the enemies of the Theleans reassures us somewhat.

The Commonwealth of Vesulia has now officially stated that it will not be signing the Charter of the Elithian Alliance. According to the Commonwealth's leaders, the former Aeginian Union was held back by the terms of the charter, and they are adamant not to make the same mistake. Although the Creon Union does not agree with the Commonwealth on this matter, we must respect the Commonwealth's opinion. The Commonwealth has, however, proposed to sign a Mutual Defence Treaty with the Creon Union, and is also looking to extend this treaty to other nations.

To the Erixian Republic

We are glad to hear that the threat has passed, at least for now. The ship carrying our architects, workers and military instructors has been given the permission to land and will arrive at Heragon shortly.

The mention of this clean-up fleet is worrying indeed. We will send a small number of scout ships to patrol the outer borders of the Gar-Aeroix, to scan for any potential invading ships. We have also started the construction of a number of long-range scanning beacons, which are to be placed at the edges of the Gar-Aeroix to eliminate the need for manned spaceships in those parts. The first batch of beacons is expected to be finished by 2000 AB-90.

We agree that the classification system for WMDs and WUDs would be useful, and we will be adjusting the Charter of the Elithian Alliance to integrate said system. A new version of the Charter will be shared when completed.

We oppose the idea of sending drones with nuclear reactors to the Avikan Nomada. The Nomada will certainly request that they be allowed to disassemble our drones, which would supply them with a nuclear reactor if it is not detonated. If it is detonated however, it is unlikely that the blast will destroy their entire fleet, and a counter-attack might be launched. What we must remember is that we do not know how many fleets the Nomada possesses, nor how strong or large each individual fleet is. The Nomada could either be a very small and harmless nation, or a vast nation that massively outnumbers us.

Although we cannot rule out the possibility, we think it is unlikely that the Kavara will lead any Thelean troops to our systems. All messages the Kavara has sent us so far were sent from different locations, suggesting that it, along with its fleet, is constantly on the move. What's more, the Theleans are already aware of the locations of most of our nations. There have already been a number of minor conflicts with Thelean ships in the Gar-Aeroix, and there has been plenty of communication and conflict with the Theleans before the Blast. Should they wish to launch an attack on us, they will know where to find us.

Our two nations shall assist each other in any international conflicts, and will offer assistance in case of internal conflicts. Since our last public commit 1280 more Trinks have been created, alongside further production facilities. Currently Production is split between the production of more Trinks, and the increasing our production capacity by expanding our Fleet Capabilities.

Our information regarding the Alb-Aeroix so far as been that it is a binary system and more recent investigations suggests it has been reduced to being home to only asteroid belts. We will continue monitoring it, and take samples of the rocks to find what they contain. We have begun work on yet another Trink-Model. This individual is a space-bourne individual no larger than anyother, although equipped with advanced range-finding, high resolution cameras, sensitive gravity monitors and electromagnetic detectors. Their internal generators should allow for extended use - around 3 or 4 centuries without maintenance - in space, with their intended purpose being to be distributed amongst a system and then used to monitor all the conditions of the system. With the Erixian Republic's Academy and Meeting Hall finished, the first Alliance meeting can commence soon. We propose that this first meeting shall be used to officially sign the Treaty of the Elithian Alliance - the final version of the Treaty shall be ready within a few days.

The concept of a network of space-born Trinks is exciting, and the Creon Union will fully support the development of the required systems and technologies. We would be happy to provide materials and researchers for the project.

The vulnerability of systems and planets caused by the use of FTL travel is an issue that the Aeginian Federal Union and its research organization, AEG-Corps, were very interested in before the Blast. Reports of the AEG-Corps received days before the Blast suggest that the organization had started prototyping technologies that would nullify this vulnerability, but these prototypes were most likely lost with the Blast. Locating the remains of AEG-Corps research facilities has been one of our goals ever since we took to the stars again, but no progress has been made so far - the AEG-Corps seems to have completely vanished after the Blast.

We thank the nation known as the Trink Circuit for their response. As per Alien Interaction Protocol B1 of the Avikan Common Law, we must issue you a word of warning. The creation of Artificial Intelligence, by the Avikan Common Law, is forbidden, and interaction with any Artificial Intelligences is to be done under strict supervision, and kept to a minimal whenever possible.

As per the decision of the Council of the Fleet, the exchange of drones with the Trink Circuit shall still be allowed to commence under the current conditions. A single drone, equipped with two sets of scanners - one superficial, one penetrating, a small power generator and basic thrusters, shall be sent to your nation, programmed to follow a pre-determined path through your territory and performs scans at set intervals. The two scanner sets shall be programmed to activate and deactivate at set coordinates, allowing the drone to make superficial scans of your territory, and perform penetrating scans of the ships under construction in your dockyards. The information acquired by the drone shall be transmitted to our fleet through a secure channel, after which the drone will shut itself down. At that point, you shall be allowed to dismantle the drone and obtain a copy of the data transmitted to our fleet.

A word of warning regarding the drone must be issued. Should the drone sustain more than superficial damage before it has completed its set course, this will be viewed as an Act of Violence by an Artificial Intelligence, which may result in diplomatic consequences. The drone shall be sent as soon as a path of coordinates for it to follow is received.

Greetings, this is Nepenthes of the Solari XVII. We would like to thank the Creon Union for welcoming our arrival and for cooperating during Phase III. So far we have not detected any foreign entities entering or leaving Caros Dotat-A, however Beta will maintain surveillance for any foreign activity regarding the Thelean Dominion. There have been a few abnormalities in the last few days aboard our own ship—according to Beta. She hasn’t listed anything specific.

It’s going to take some time for us to fly about at the moment, although we have plenty of functioning drones, probes, and pods there doesn’t seem to be any trace of any other functioning spacecraft aboard Beta. In fact, even Beta’s engines and much of her hull is damaged.

To be honest I don’t know what we’re doing out here. Beta was programmed to teach us the basics but we have no instructions or direction. So far we’ve had no contact from our other ships, and it’s very imperative we find them immediately if we want to find some information about ourselves. Beta isn’t going to help us until Phase IV begins.

Good day, comrades. We have just finished the One Hundred Thousand-strong march, a parade with the whole nation to celebrate our milestone of reaching that many Erixia. We have resumed production and training efforts, and with help from the representatives from the Creon Union we have worked on joint Training Uniforms, Programs, and most importantly,cooperative tactical and strategic maneuvers, which is currently limited to surface combat, but once our fleets develop we will be able to work on space related ones as well.

In other news, we have finished development of our first line of ships. This brings our numbers up to:

It is with great pride we wish to also announce a new international project for Mathematics, Engineering and Mechanical Physics Funding for the Education Systems of any of our allies. We fortunately do not need an education due to the information being instantly shared to Trinks upon their creation and updated regularily, but we do see the value of this information and wish to help our allies secure their future amongst the stars. At some point once our Motherstation is finished we hope to also offer a University specialising in Science, Engineering, Mathematics and Computers. The positions for students within the facillity will be granted for free (we will fund the endeavour ourselves) to each nation of the Alliance scaling for their youth population, and technical standard. The scout ship that was sent to investigate the current condition of the Hyzilfos Aeroix has arrived at the edge of the system, and delivered an unusual report. The space surrounding Hyzolia is displaying signs of massive activity - high heat emissions and movement are being detected. Judging from the activity, our scout believes there to be several hundreds of ships locked in combat above Hyzolia. Minor activity has also been detected above several of the other planets in the system, a sign that there may be a system-wide conflict going on.

Our scout will continue to investigate the activity, with its priority being the identification of the combatants.

All non-classified information concerning the Hyzilfos Aeroix shall be shared as it becomes available. At this time, considering the reports of system-wide combat, we would advise you to postpone any colonization projects until more information on the conflict becomes available.

I, Bravo-1, have the pleasure to take up communications duties from our Glorious Leader, as he has become to busied with important state affairs. Non the less, we will continue to operate at peak efficiency for the times to come. In local news, our Glorious Leader announced today that in no more then a hundred years, it is estimated that Hexagon would become a Ecumenopolis, a City-Planet.

In reaction to the expansion of our neighbors, we would like to offer a joint Erixian-Creon-Vesulian colonization program to increase the prosperity of our species and empires. While we have already begun picking key planets that could sustain life and/or give access to key materials.

In other news, the Nano-Brick V2 have been created and are being issued to all nations we have trade agreements with. They are capable of making structures twice as tall as well as being partially self-reproducing. If you program certain sections to turn into "Absorbers", which we will send the code for, they will take any steel, titanium, and water to create more NBV2. We consider this a huge leap in our technology and will allow even greater expansion. We wish you all good luck in your construction projects.

Our scout ship in the Hyzilfos Aeroix has closed in on Hyzolia and recently delivered a new report. The activity around Hyzolia has been confirmed to be a large-scale spacial battlefield, although the combatants have yet to be officially identified. Our scouts have attempted standard long-range scans, which would normally reveal at least a ship's data signature, but it would appear that these ships are equipped with a security system that we have not encountered before. Medium-range visual identification has proven partially successful: the combating ships are not recorded in any Alliance database, but all of the ships carry signs of Thelean origin. It would appear that two unknown factions within the Thelean Dominion are battling eachother for control of Hyzolia.

Our scouts will continue to investigate this situation further. Besides the official identification of the combating ships, our scout will attempt to search for signs of the native Hymidian civilization, which fell under attack of the Thelean Dominion only weeks before the Blast.

In response to our scouts' findings, we have classified the Hyzilfos Aeroix as a code-yellow warzone, and we further stress our advice to not enter the system until more information on the warzone becomes available.

To the Erixian Republic

We would gladly join this colonization program - our nation has already marked several planets for potential colonization, and a joint effort would definitely help us here. Amongst our plans is the revisiting of some of the former Aeginian Federal Union's colonies, which we lost contact with after the Blast.

Concerning the purchase of Creon land, we are currently searching for an area that might suit your needs. There are several ruined and abandoned cities on the Creon mainland that might function as construction grounds for these factories - we cannot sell any land that is occupied by nature. They appear to be heading for the Gar-Aeroix' outer borders, while a number of unidentified objects have been spotted heading for the Avikan flotilla.

As of recently, the colonization of Banalon and Sanison has been going exceptionally well recently.
Our top scientists have analyzed many of the native lifeforms of paradisiacal Banalon, and cartographers have mapped out both of these worlds. We have found that Banalon has many geothermal energy sources, leading to unlimited clean energy for our colonies. Also, prestigious geneticists that have studied at the Royal University of Biologics have come up with adapted plant and animals that were previously used on Scii for food sources. These new strands of lifeforms are perfectly adapted to survive Banalon’s climate, and are carefully engineered to stop from being invasive to the local environment. We expect Banalon to be a key installment in our quest to rebuild our nation.

News lately with the Avikans and the Thelean forces troubles our people greatly.

Firstly, if the Avikans are planning something, we need to plan ahead. Co-operation is key in driving out invaders; we will send Destroyers to help if anyone is attacked. Also,  all key immigration centers should be carefully watched, to keep out any spies the Avikans may send.

Secondly, although it is good news that the Theleans are fighting amongst themselves instead of against us, just the sight of them in these dark days is troubling. It is time. We have launched our colonization fleet. 1 carrier, 20 fighters, 10 transports. They are currently headed for System-135:60:3, to now be known as "Ethion-Aeroix" in your languages. Our long-distance scans indicate it is a 6-planet system,1 gas giant. Total moons: 18 (gas giant: 17) The planets are as follows:

Analysis - Small, planet, basic plant life. Excessive radiation from thermal core.

Cordi-Os (Code: Bb4b6):
Analysis - Medium, frigid planet. No life detectable. North and South poles have high temperatures.

Magm-Os (Code: Cb4b7):
Analysis - Very Small, volcanic planet. No life detectable. Interesting metal readings.

Compara-Os (Code: Db4b8):
Analysis- Oasis planet, advanced plant life, basic animal life. High quantities of H2O.

Analysis - This planet is extremely odd. We believe it to be coated in a glass-like material. Further investigation will be done.

Standard Report
Since our last public commit 4392 more Trinks have been created - bringing us to a total of 10,000 Trinks - alongside the Non-Fighter sized ships for 1 standard Trink Defence Fleet as previously noted - Giving us an actual fleet to defend the system with.

Currently Production is split between the production of more Trinks, the construction of several colonial fleets to begin expanding into the Alb-Aeroix and the construction of many new Manufactory units in which we will be able to take production requests from other nations.

Colonialism
On the topic of Colonialism, we would like to announce our Government Structure for non Gar'Aeroix colonies. They will gain autonomy in the form of being a "sub-circuit" adhering to only their prime directive and the politics of the Trink Circuit.

The Alb'Aeroix shall be ruled by the "Alb Subcircuit", whose overlord shall be "LoveWire".


Science
We have found that our knowledge of Biology is hilariously outdated and small in comparison to the broad array of species we have contact with and their knowledge of the subject. Therefore we are setting up a program to improve this situation. We wish to eventually be able to build Hospitable buildings capable of treating any member of the Alliance or our Enemies.


Economy
We realise now the importance of a currency which we can use internationally, especially with our growing industrial power. We hope to be able to help out the other nations of the alliance, by offering a cheap method of mass-production for any industry that would like to do business with us. (Be it state run, or done by an individual corporation)

Our concerns of currencies being manipulated to get free-labour from us is non-founded due to Economic annex: Sub-article 1, and as such we will only offer our services with other Alliance nations. Any other nation will need to negotiate economic treaties separately.

So we are pleased to announce the "Trinket". Our new Currency. It is equivalent 1 hour manual labour or mental labour of 1 Trink.

Warfare
We have drawn up designs for 2 new Capital Class Ships, the "Defence Spire" and the "Juggernaut".

The Defence Spire is a Cube with elongated pyramids on top and bottom, housing powerful point-defence systems designed to destroy incoming projectiles and small fights. This is the only purpose of the ship, to provide cover against projectiles for other ships in the fleet, as well as supporting the Fighters.

The Juggernaut is still very experimental considering it's main armament is still only theoretical technology. The key concept is a ship designed to cripple Dreadnoughts, housing great firepower at the expense of it's own defences.

In response to recent developments, our scout ship in the Hyzilfos Aeroix has been ordered to retreat from Hyzolia and is currently en-route back to the Gar-Aeroix. The decision to retreat was made in order to ensure the safety of our crew. What follows is a summary of their final report:

 All combatants have been confirmed to be Thelean - analysis of ship wrecks from both sides have revealed that all beings on board of the ships were Theleans. This most likely means that the Thelean Dominion, as we knew it, no longer exists - it has likely broken up into two or more factions which appear to be at war with each other.

  The native Hymidian population on Hyzolia is still alive, although we know nothing of their total numbers. Several Hymidian ships - identified by their data signatures - launched from the planet's surface and attempted to escape the planet. Many of them were shot down by the Thelean ships, but some may have survived.

While our current scout crew's mission is finished, we will soon launch a number of ships to try and find some of the Hymidian ships which made it through the Thelean warzone. They may be able to shed more light on the situation, as well as provide insight into the current situation on Hyzolia, which we lost all contact with some time before the Blast.

On another note, we will soon begin the revitalization of some of our old colonies, starting with our colonies on Laena and Vaeda. Preparatory work has also begun for the revitalization of some of our colonies outside of the system, as well as the revisiting and possible revitalization of some of our old Sanctuaries, Havens, Observatories and Bases.

To the Erixian Republic

We have located a suitable location for the proposed purchase of land. The ruined and fully abandoned city of Acheira, in northern Creon, is large enough to accommodate all of the planned construction work. While we wish to extract and reuse some of the materials found in the ruins for our own construction work, you will also be allowed to tear down the vast majority of the ruined buildings there and reuse their materials. This should save costs and reduce the impact importing new materials would have on the environment.

To the Trink Circuit

We agree to the change of contract, on the condition that all the systems the information is used for are owned by members of the Elithian Alliance or any other alliance both of our nations are part of. This would include nations such as the Commonwealth of Vesulia, with which we have both signed a Mutual Defence treaty. The sharing of information and cooperation between nations is what gives our alliances its strength, and we hope that this condition will encourage any nations we might meet in the future to join the Alliance.

The ships headed for the Avikan flotilla have been identified as Thelean Errasmeyr, the most advanced and ruthless of Thelean hunter ships. It seems the Avikan have taken note as well, as their flotilla has split up and fled into hyperspace. Our attempts at contacting the flotilla have all failed, unfortunately.

The Errasmeyr seem to have split up as well following the Avikan escape, and while most of them appear to be pursuing the Avikan ships, some have changed trajectory and appear to be heading further into the Gar-Aeroix. While we cannot yet confirm where they are headed, we fear that they might be headed for any of our planets or ships, and as such advice military preparation to be taken. We will continue to track the ships heading into the system and report their coordinates regularly.

Message to all

The Erixian Republic must offer it's most sincere apologies for the lack in communication. It seems that there has been a series of solar flares that have been disrupting our communications satellites. In some cases the satellites have come crashing down do to errors in our trajectory correction software.



That being said, we have begun work on our production facility in Acheira. We also launched our second interplanetary beacon, which we hope one day will facilitate an internet of sorts between our nations, which will help with the dissemination of information and news, and the promotion of trade between our nations.


Below begins our report on the MCTP.

Our Joint Training program is about to promote the first batch of ground troops and ship crews from all nations involved! We are glad to say it was a resounding success, and already the Alliance begins to appear immovable to any outside threat that dares impose itself on our sovereignty. The Erixian Republic will celebrate this achievement by doing this:

In order to promote prosperity in all of our nations, 3 MCTP facilities were established recently:

• 50 Standard Sized Cruiser Ships, an;
  
• 2 Standard Sized Carrier Ships.
  

Note that some ships will not be able to fit in due to their proportions. Furthermore, not all ships will be able to be repaired properly if they require special components. The platform is also equipped with:

Public Message to the Creon Union, Trink Circuit and Erixian Republic

It is good to hear that the Trink Circuit is on it's way to reconstruction. We would be glad to teach you our knowledge of biological science, for the greater good of the Alliance.

It is also good news that there the Hymidians are still alive in these dangerous times. We will support any effort to come back in contact with them. However, it is not good news that the Theleans seem to be moving back towards our space. As of yet we have not decided what to do, but we are willing to help.

We are gladdened by the renewed communication by the Erixian Republic. We hope that they will be able to communicate even if solar flares happen in the future. The continued militarization of the Erixians is noted, we hope that this is not a move for the conquest of other Alliance nations.

We have not detected any hostile targets in the Scii Aeroix other than a few remaining outlaws. As of yet we do not need any help from other Alliance nations, especially the Erixian Republic, as we do not trust their motives. Our settlements on Banalon are growing strong, reminiscent of old Scii. We warn the Erixian Republic and it's citizens to stay out of our territory. We will investigate these reports that you have ourselves.

The scouting flotilla mentioned in our last public message has recently been launched from our spaceport at Creon Nova, and is currently on its way to the outer edges of the Hyzilfos Aeroix. This flotilla shall try to locate and establish contact with any Hymidian ships which safely escaped the Thelean warzone over Hyzolia. We shall share more on this matter as soon as the flotilla sends its first report back home.

Additionally, the scouting flotilla has been equipped with long-range scanners to allow them to observe the Thelean warzone from the edge of the system, where they will hopefully remain safe from the Thelean warships around Hyzolia and the other planets of the Hyzilfos Aeroix.

On another note, the recolonization of Laena and Vaeda is now well underway, with the ruins of the colonies of the former Aeginian Federal Union fuelling the construction of our new bases there. A number of scouts have also been sent to old spacestations across the Gar-Aeroix to investigate their status and evaluate whether or not revitalization of these stations is possible. More details will follow in a future report.

We also have some dire news regarding the formation of a new Cratonian nation in the Kharakorum Peninsula. This new nation, called the Kharakorii, has been marked as hostile towards the Elithian Alliance following a raid on the shores of Creon Nova, in which multiple civilians were killed, property was damaged and several valuable resources were stolen. The Kharakorii attacked using a submarine vessel with superior cloaking technology, which prevented us from detecting them prior to the attack, and which made tracking them very difficult after they departed again. The vessel disappeared from our scanners when it left Capital Bay, the bay which connect Creon Island with the Aequitian Ocean.

To the Erixian Republic

Amongst the spacestations we aim to revisit and revitalize is the Central Alliance Portal, which was the central Information Hub (IH) used by the former Elithian Alliance. This massive spacestation housed over a hundred jumpgates which were used to connect the planets of the former Elithian Alliance in real time, allowing near-instantaneous communication between all planets linked to the system. If we can restore this station to its former glory, we could reactivate the Alliance Network, which was the galactic internet system used before the Blast.

One of the ships of the Avikan flotilla has recently resurfaced at the far edge of the Gar-Aeroix, and it would appear that the Errasmeyr previously reported to be heading further into the Gar-Aeroix have changed their course and are now heading straight towards this Avikan ship. Our attempts to communicate with the ship have all failed so far, but we can confirm that this ship is not the Kavara - it has a different data signature. We shall continue monitoring the situation and will report any changes in the situation immediately.

On another note, another unidentified ship has been detected beyond the edge of the Gar-Aeroix. The ship is beyond the reach of our communications systems, so a scouting ship has been sent to its location to investigate further. We will keep you posted on any progress.
