Race: Gordnor
Occupation: Thane/Explorer (Not afraid to lead from the front.)
Character's background:
Leader of the Expedition team who helped create Sharome as the town it is today. Previously it was a mere tower and dock, serving as a position for sailors to rest and trade at. His ambition in life has always been to a prosperous happy, but easily defendable city, and ensure a future for his race. He wants to abolish the idealogy that Gordnor are nothing but shunned Draton, and show that they are their own powerful people.
His own life however is that politician and a cilvian. Not only does he have to greet passing traders, and other important dignities, but he must oversee the construction of his new empire, whilst ensuring he does his fair share of the work. He is as well eductated as any Gordnor scholar, and tries to remain as neutral as he can to interrace relations, although he can hold grudges for a long time.

Name after I become one of the Aeduri: Kiraid son of Sures
Race:*Officialy known as an Aeduri, but is secretly a Bomur. He owes complete alliegance to the Aeduri, and wants to forget about his Bomur heritage.
Occupation:*Farmer of Gardenhall
Character's background: Kearn was born to a rich Bomur family many years ago. Growing up, he was the clumsiest elf of his generation, and he faced ridicule constantly. He hated the unstructured life of the Bomur, and longed for a life with the more civilized Aeduri. Finally, at age 50 (year Bomur children become adults) Kearn left his village to go live in Gardenhall. On his way, he stumbled upon an injured female Aeduri elf, who had been wounded by an arrow to the knee. He helped her to safety, and healed her injury. He accompanied her back to her village on the edges of the forest, and on their way, they fell in love. When they came to her village, Kearn asked her father if they could be wed. However, because he was from another village, the father said he would allow it only if Kearn would bring him a stack of diamonds, and several golden apples. Kearn agreed, and set off in the direction of Gardenhall. On the way he encountered a young Aeduri named CoolBlue42 (he is also in the rp). They became friends and traveled together to Gardenhall. When Kearn arrived, he quickly took up an apprenticeship at the town farm in hopes of finding some apples in the orchards. Meanwhile, CoolBlue42 became the town miner. After many years, the town farmer died, and Kearn became the farm manager. He quickly enlarged the orchard, and began relentlessly searching for the recipe to golden apples. Unfortunately, no matter what he tried he could not succeed (in the rp the nether will eventually be opened up through some ancient scripts or something, and kearn will be able to get golden chunks to craft golen apples.) Since then, Kearn has faithfully supplied the Aeduri with food, and mined several diamonds from the bowels of the earth.

After many years, the town farmer died, and Kirim became the farm manager. He quickly enlarged the orchard, and began relentlessly searching for the recipe to golden apples. Unfortunately, no matter what he tried he could not succeed (in the rp the nether will eventually be opened up through some ancient scripts or something, and kearn will be able to get golden chunks to craft golen apples.) Some corrections may be needed, but overall, it's a nice application (as was your first).
First off, if you were born to a Bomur family, you too are a Bomur. Bomur and Aeduri can mate, though, but usually, the child will be a mixture of the two races, having both Bomuri and Aeduri characteristics. These Elves are called Memur.
Second, the Bomur don't really value money, so a rich Bomur family doesn't make much sense (I should have explained this a bit more in their Lore thread). It is possible that you were born to a respected family, though.
Just a question: Was the female Elf an Aeduri, or a Bomur?
You can choose only one Ability: either Magic, Archery or Fencing. In your case, Archery would make most sense (magicians should be rare, and it is unlikely for a farmer to know how to use magic).

I stopped playing after a while because of the server becoming more popular, which means more griefers, and it got on my nerves.

- It all started when Chase was a teenager; he will never forget his seventeenth birthday. Every so often, Chase and his parents would get together (mostly during holidays) to eat a nice fancy brunch but this time it was different. Chase could tell that something was wrong the moment that he rolled out of bed, for his house was awfully quiet; usually his only sister and parents get up earlier than him to chat and spend time together. He got dressed in his trusty sweat pants, a plain t-shirt, and his favorite hoodie, and then he brushed his teeth, taking his time, and went downstairs. Chase's parents, nor his sister, were anywhere in sight, and by now they would predictably be making a fine meal to eat. "No worries," he thought to himself, "maybe they went out to buy a present or run an errand." He continued onto his normal day playing on his PC and watching television. Suddenly, Chase heard a strange sound coming from his basement. Being as dauntless as Chase is, he decided that he should investigate the peculiar sound. While he was walking down the hallway, the sound got more and more defined. Chase could tell by the time he reached the door it was actually coming from his parents making the unsettling sounds. Almost in unbelief, it took Chase a while to build up the courage to open the door, and after he opened the door he would have to walk down the stairs, turn, and then finish walking some more steps. Then after that, he would have to turn on the light and face whatever the situation was down there. The lights turn on and Chase is facing his parents. They appear to be tied up and they are both lying on the cold floor. He screams out their names, but he gets no response from them; he checks both of their pulses. No luck, they are both dead. He mutters a curse under his breathe. In pure rage he whips his hand towards the wall, and makes a hole in it, damaging his fist; he also swears to kill the people who did this to his mother and father if it is the last thing he does. He stops to think. He can't do anything stupid right now, for that might result in getting him killed as well. Chase lies both of his parents in their beds. They died hands interlocking. The sight makes him tear up, and he kisses both of them on the cheek, "I love you guys...." his mind processes something; where is his sister? Chase leaves the room, walking backwards, taking one last look at his parents. He shuts the door and bumps into someone, "Gah!" he screams and prepares to kill whatever may lie behind him. He does a quick 180 spin and sees it is indeed his sister, Katherine; Katherine is just standing there, petrified. She gazes deeply into Chases eyes, and Chase is staring back. He sees the look of true terror in her eyes and embraces her with a hug. He is happy to see she is still alive, and she is even responsive, considering she almost suffocated Chase with a tight squeeze back. Even though she is showing signs of being conscious about her surroundings, she can't manage to speak, "Ch...Cha.......Chase...," she whispers, "Mo.....Ma....Mom.. and... Dad......". "Shh, I know. We have to get out of here; you can walk right?". He gives her a quick look over and sees that her leg is severely injured by a huge claw-like scratch. He picks her up in his arms and carries her out of the house. The last thing they want is to be there right now. So many thoughts are racing in his mind right now like: Who did this? Why? What next? Their family lives in a peaceful meadow like area; there are acres and acres of fields in one direction, and in the other are endless woods. Their nearest neighbors are located approximately 6-7 days away by car. He rushes towards his father's pickup truck and looks at the gas gauge. Empty. Whoever did this must be making some sick game out of it, because as he looks towards the tank, he can see a trail of the gasoline leading into the woods. Chase sets Katherine down by the pickup truck, and he sits beside her, holding his head in his hands. He can't help but break down into tears. He is still trying to process what to do next in this situation, and he feels a slight tap on his shoulder. It was his sister, Katherine, "What are we going to do now?" she says. "Is your leg alright? Can you walk? Forget those questions. Let's get you stitched up before we do anything else." Chase uses his shoulder and his body as a slight lean-to for Katherine to limp to the barn. From there he disinfects the wound, and gives her an ace bandage to wrap up her leg. Good as new. "Alright. Now can you walk?" Katherine tests her leg's strength. She can limp around perfectly. Chase is dying to ask her what happened, but that would be rude and it is way too soon. Perhaps later. It is around 5 P.M in June. "Lets go follow that trail." Chase grumbles. "Follow the trail!?" Katherine repeats, "Did you see what they did to our parents, do you even know how they tortured us!..... Please Chase...... Please.." her voice trails off. "Look, Katherine, I know you have experienced a lot of traumatizing events today, but I refuse to sit here and stay in that house, doing nothing, knowing damn well that the people, or monsters who did this are still out there! Now are you with me or not?" There is a long pause between the two. Katherine stares up at Chase, "I am with you, but.. promise me... you won't let anything happen to us."
"We'll be fine."
"No, Chase, promise me."
Chase stares into Katherine's blue eyes, "I promise you, as long as I am alive, nothing will happen to you."
"Lets go then." By 3 A.M of endlessly wandering around they stumble upon a fire and a tent in the middle of the woods. Chase looks at Katherine and non-verbally tells her to stay there and be quiet. He looks into the tent and sees a huge amount of breakfast food. A lot of things his parents used to make him during the holidays and on special occasions. He looks down at a pan of pancakes and sees a note. On it says: Hey Chase, your father, sister and I are going out and will be back home really soon. Enjoy your breakfast! Love, Mom. "These sick f*cks" Chase blurts out.
"AH CHA---!" Katherine screams. Chase bursts out of the tent and is immediately struck upon the forehead with a baseball bat. As he lies on the forest ground his vision goes in and out. He sees a group of people, similar looking to him with swords and bows surround the figure and Katherine. His sight goes out again and back in. He is staring straight at the figure. It is a shadow-like-thing with a red face and long, black, uncombed hair. It hisses, drops Katherine and Chase's vision fades away again. All he can see is black, and then he hears a faint BEEP BEEEP BEEP BEEP. That sound keeps looping in his head over and over. Suddenly he gets his sight back, and jumps to his feet. He is in some sort of strange hospital and sees Katherine lying in the bed next to him.
"Woah, Woah buddy," a stranger looking related to him says, " sit back down you got hit pretty hard."
"Who are you? Where am I? Why do you look like a long lost relative?" All of Chase's questions were eventually answered, and Chase, nor Katherine, knew that they were apart of a whole race of people. They are called Aeduri. (I am cutting off the ending here. This is super long and unfinished, but here is some back story of how Chase is here. I am planning on editing it later, considering it is 12 A.M, and I am tired.) See you later)

I'm sorry to say but this thread is outdated. You don't really need to make an application. Also, try to get a better skin. We have a medieval society, not a modern one.

But it's not even going to fit in with the roleplay. If there's someone who has a teen skin and from the future, the roleplay's theme will definitively go down.

If the roleplay gets messed up, it's all your fault for having this stupid time travel idea. Up until now the roleplay was going to work perfectly, with it's cities and farms and ruins. Now it's just going to have a bunch of random time traveling people and worse because we let one thing in that's outside the main theme.

Although I think the background story is very interesting, it sadly doesn't fit the roleplay's theme. The skin, too, should fit the theme more: skins that are out-of-place can be big immersion breakers in roleplays. From the thumbnail, Necro's skin looks good, so if you use that, you should be fine!
This application thread is also out-of-date, but the new one (there will be character applications for the new roleplay) will be reasonably similar to it. It's my fault that the thread is still at the top of the page, I'll fix that right after this post...
You have proven that you can put quite some detail into your character's background story though, which is very nice! If you can condense the information a bit more (it's a long read now!), I'm sure you'll have a fine character application when the new application thread goes online!
This application thread is also out-of-date, but the new one (there will be character applications for the new roleplay) will be reasonably similar to it. It's my fault that the thread is still at the top of the page, I'll fix that right after this post...

"Um. What," I reply to the post, knowing well that a response was unlikely.
Unlikely, but not impossible.
That's when it hits me. I jump to my feet, realizing the meaning of Ryiin's message. He was complementing someone! But whom? I fear that it could be Pacman, the young lad I had recently recruited to our ranks!
"This is terrible! If he notices the complement, it might put him down!" I rush to my closet, pull the doors open, and push the secret button hidden behind my uniform tunic. The floor begins to descend.
"Welcome, master Necro, what do you need blown up?" Asks Mira, my Necro-cave's A.I.
"Blow up Pacman, he can never know he was complemented."
"Will do, Master Necro."
And the rockets of hell were let loose on the unsuspecting Pacman, who died a terrible death in the nuclear blaze.
