To Upgrade or not?

You know what, I go on my server where it's always up and not worrying about herpy derpy software that eats up more space on ma computer. Also those software make Minecraft as slow as..... Thunderpants.It's a lot more fun without server mods and a specific texture pack we need to have. Why don't you just come on my server with more uptime, and more fun! Besides, I'm starting a roleplay too. Surprise!

@Jorgas, I like the Elithian Alliance server, the community is great! I can always play on my own server with friends if I want to be creative, but frankly Modded-to-hell-and-back MP RP is much more fun!

It's mainly the protection plugins, I think. The ones which don't allow people to grief the hell outta everything...

Considering that the adventure update is the most anticipated Minecraft update ever (even though 1.8 is a half-way release), Notch disappointed me. Minecraft Vanilla gets boring after a while, that's why I use Bukkit plug-ins. If you'd like to play Minecraft 1.8 Vanilla, go to an other server and get back here (I'll give you a week) when you get bored of it.
