I just uploaded the new files on MediaFire.

The first HD pack looks more like the HD pack we used until now, the second looks more realistic.
The skin templates are just guidelines, and should, if used, be edited quite a bit before use. We don't want to see nearly identical skins on our server. The Orc template is the only one that includes armor/clothes, other than a pair of simple pants.

Whenever I use the HD Fixer, it does not work for the Elithian Pack 1. Whenever I try clicking Mods and Tex Packs, the game freezes.

Are you sure you patched the right file? This patcher should work fine.

Made an SD Pack, but using it crashed my Minecraft. I'll upload the pack, but it is untested as I can't seem to use it.

Unpatching my Minecraft will probably fix this, so I recommend using an unpatched jar file if you're going to use it.
