I am working on a Haz-Mat suit for gold armour. What should diamond, chain, and scale be?

We will use various races, I think. The Aegi seem like perfect rangers, given their agility. What class would fit the Notix best?

We'll put the server online soon, and I think it could be fun to start a survival H/M world first. What do you think?

I always think energy weapons, so maybe either warrior or Mage...

It's okay I started working on a Notix Skin.

Although I'd rather play as a trink. I think it would be better to set it as post-blast.

That way I can be a dwarf Very Happy

What version, and what launcher should I use to log into the server?

You'll need to have installed Hack Slash Mine to join. You'll need to use MC 1.2.3, so you should first find a program that can downgrade your version of Minecraft.
I used MVC (Minecraft Version Changer), which is very easy to use.

Installing the mod after downgrading is the same as with any other mod: open minecraft.jar using WinZip (or similar software), delete the META-INF folder, and add all of the mod files.

Oh, and the server is online right now. Not sure why the Status Indicator isn't working, I'll look into that.

Well for some reason minecraft crashed, and is crashing each time I join the server... btw, I was using the Technic Launcher.
EDIT: Everything works fine now, just had to retry a few times...

Hack/Mine does not work for me, all it does is crash when I load a world. And it's a new one too. Not old.

I wasn't on the server this morning, so I'm not sure if there were any errors server-side. Server is online again now, and I'll be monitoring it again.

We didn't update Hack Slash Mine, as far as I know.

EDIT: Posted this before realizing there was an update available. I'll go and try to update it now, if it hasn't already.

EDIT: Updated the server. Started a new world, as old worlds can be glitchy in new versions, and the old one wasn't really fun... I dislike snowy (and evil) biomes.

My launcher won't work, it says it can't find the java directory. What do I do to fix it?

What launcher are you using? Technic? Or a modded vanilla launcher?

It is the Technic pack launcher. I tried looking up the problem but all I get is random junk from Technic pack admins about how we can't read the rules.

Hmm... I'm not using Technic myself, so I'm not sure what you could do...
Have you tried using only H/M (so not Technic)? Technic isn't necessary for joining the server.

Update Java, and check that it's searching for minecraft's /bin folder in th right place.

Well the thing is I have to go to a weekend long volleyball tournament, which is my sister's of course. And my mom won't let me stay home... 2 days, seriously?
