Re: The Elithian Alliance - Original Roleplay
Message from the Aeginian government:
We think the Theleans are indeed only able to access that particular area through the Sol-Aeroix. It is, for now at least, the only logical reason for the Theleans to travel all the way there.
We believe the structure was build by the Theleans, with or without the help of others, possibly the late Terrans. It is also possible that this structure was built long before our ancestors' time on Terra, altough we wonder why the structure had never been discovered, if so is the case. One of the few ways to answer the many questions would be to ask the theleans about the case, but as always, we are unable to contact them untill they contact us.
The ancient Terran writings have been translated completely, so we can finally publish a brief summary of the events they describe.
The writings, which appear to be historical reports, describe many events from the after-apocalypse Terran society, from the rise to the fall of the 'New Empire'. Let's start at the beginning of the historical reports:
Only six years after Apophis struck, the Terrans started rebuilding their once so great empire. After a few years, large parts of America and Africa were rebuild, but Europe and Asia were still completely in ruins, for they suffered from the impact much more. At the time of 72 AA (After Apocalypse), a flourishing society had formed again, but there was one mayor problem: The Terrans had split into two factions, the Astericans and the Heatherians. The Astericans lived much like the pre-apocalypse terrans, whilst the Heatherians lived much like we, the Aegi, do. The Heatherians were the decendants of those who supported the Aeginian Ideology, but who were unable to escape Terra.
As these two factions grew in size, so did their hatred of the other faction. It was not long before they declared war on each other, which led to 61 years of heavy warfare. In the end, the Astericans emerged victorious, for they did not worry about harming Nature in the war, and could therefore create many more much more powerful weapons.
The Heatherians, however, had send dozens of fleets into space, to search for us, their lost brethren. Because these reports were written by Astericans, we know not of the Heatherians' fate, but it could mean that somewhere in this Aerith, there are still Heatherians searching for us.
Altough the Astericans were victorious, their problems were far from over. After only a few years, the Astericans' had gone too far in 'abusing' the planet's resources. One by one, species of plants and animals went extinct, and the new bio-engineered species could not survive either. Terra's waters were too polluted to succesfully filter, resulting in the death of billions. Bringing water from other planets had become too expansive, and so had the other ways of obtaining water.
By the time of 137 AA, a new war raged on Terra. In this war, people fought for the little food and water still available. After only a year, this war too had almost come to an end, for there was almost no-one left of the once so great Asterican Empire. This is were the writer of the last report said his farewells. He knew he would not live much longer, and ended his report with this sentence:
"If only we had listened..."
Message from the Aeginian government to the Erikixan government:
This is very worrying. Altough it seems like negotiating is impossible, we must continue trying to do so. After all, the same thing happened with the Ventrons: At first, they would not negotiate either, and warned us that we would be destroyed if we did not do as they said. But after many Aera of trying, the Dremetons were able to convince them, which saved us all of a great war, and of possibly our destruction.
But we know that the Xorg may be even more stubborn than the Ventrons, leaving even the Dremetons unable to convince them. If so is the case, we must strike before Elithia is harmed again.
Message from the Aeginian government to the Notix:
We think that the entire Elithian fleet is larger than the Xorg's fleet, even though the Aeginian fleet is very weak right now.
If it comes to a conflict after all, we support you in using the Mini-LAG. If Elithia, or any other planet in our Aeroix is in grave danger, we must allow all weapons to be used if they can prevent our planets from being harmed. However, two out of five does not make a majority of votes. We must wait for the other Council Members to vote before we can even prepare the use of the Mini-LAG.

If the smooth-talking Dremetons cannot convince the Xorg to cancel their attack, then we will divert ships from Mazilfos to provide a hammer and anvil effect allowing us to hit they're fleet from multiple sides... We will also cancel a national holiday to increase production of spaceships and will instead spend the money on temporary pay rises...
Have you noticed how We Notix seem to Contrast with the Dremeton? They will try to avoid war at all costs preferring long negotiations, while we insist on short negotiations...
It is strange but it seems to work well...

I'll be adding Jorgasian, Dhag, and Lamoan soon. Also with it will be the Drakness, everyones best friend. (not) I may add some minor species too. Not telling which ones though. Actually, how about a vote. Hilleron, New Jorgasians or Lucky Dip. On Lucky Dip I put random creation on (spore), I make it civilized.

(The voice of reason is back ! And I just noticed that Xannon13 and freddycatking haven't posted anything in a very long time.
Oh yeah, and JorgasElite, it would be best if you didn't control so many NPC empires. Only the Mods and especially OP, Aegonian, can control many NPC empires. The others might control one or two, but no more. And given you already have three races, I am sure you do not need any more.)
Message from the Dremeton government :
It is indeed possible that given how long the Theleans have roamed the galaxy, they could have built this structure long before humanity arose. And in which part of Earth is the Structure located ? And can any hyverium be located near it ?
Concerning the report, it indeed brings us much insight into the happenings of old Terra. What we learn, though, is most unfortunate. But it does confirm to us that in the end, your way was the best.
And pertaining to the Xorg, there must be a way to temper them. There always is. We are confident in the peaceful resolution of the current situation. Even though the Alliance fleet might outnumber this particular Xorg fleet, who says this would still be the case against the entire Xorg fleet, if ever we declared war upon them ?
Message from the Dremeton government to the Notix :
We approve of your use of the Mini-LAG, if ever the Xorg were to attack us first.
Message from the Dremeton government to the Xorg :
We, Elithians, welcome you to our space. Before speaking of the matter which interests us, may we ask you who you are exactly ?
We are the Elithian Alliance, an alliance of multiple races in the neighbouring space, reunited for mutual protection and prosperity.
Now, coming to your request, we understand you might desire the return of those which have arrived upon our planet. But it seems their biological makeup has adapted to our planet very well, and might not revert to it's original form once returned to you. This might cause them to die, which none of us wish.
Secondly, do you truly need them ? If you are as powerful as they claim you are, you can surely replace the few hundreds who unfortunately crashlanded on our planet.

Re: The Elithian Alliance - Original Roleplay
Yeah, I've noticed their absence too. As for Thunderpants' comments, in what way did it not look good? Have they replied negatively, or is it that they haven't relpied yet? If the last is the case, I can always contact them by e-mail, if need be. If they do not return, we may have to choose two new Council Members, or we can opt to reduce the amount of Council Members to three.
Message from the Aeginian government:
The structure is located in the area once known as 'Snowdonia', in the country called Wales. Other than the Hyverium of which the structure is built, there appears to be no Hyverium on the entire planet.
The Theleans have succesfully pulled the spherical object out of the wormhole. The wormhole is now slowly dissapearing, and Saturn's magnetosphere is returning to normal. The 'gate' made of spaceships has disintegrated as well, suggesting that the Theleans have no need for the wormhole anymore. One by one, spaceships guarding the structure on Terra are leaving as well. Most spaceships are now gathering around the spherical object.
We believe that in the end, it was the Asterican monetary system that led to the fall of their empire. It seems that the Astericans were very capable of importing water from other planets, and the same goes for food, so money seems to have been the only reason for them to fall. In an empire like ours, such things would never happen, for we have no monetary system at all. We must admit though that the absence of such a system makes it harder to sustain an empire. Only if almost all members of a society agree on a system like ours, it is possible to sustain it. In the case of the Astericans, their greed did not allow a system like ours, unfortunetely for them.
Of course, it was not all because of their monetary system, but it were especially their industry and their polluting actions. In the case of most Elithian empires, the polluting factor is nearly completely absent, therefore still allowing them to exist with as few problems as we have.
Also, we have decided to sent several small search squads to search for remains of the Heatherians who left their home to find us. We know much about the Astericans now, but knowledge of the Heatherians remains scarce. We may even find living decendants, altough the chances of doing so are very small.
Something that may help us in our search are the few blueprints of Heatherian spaceships and buildings included in the historical reports. Using these, we will look for technology somewhat similar to the blueprints, for they are quite likely outdated by now.

(Well they haven't responded since and haven't created in a while... I think some of the lil empires need to grow before we add any to the council.... Although Just Aegonian, Veoline, and me would be quite good, as it has Me and Veoline contrasting yet agreeing, and Aegonian as a balanced decision!)
Re: The Elithian Alliance - Original Roleplay
(Yeah, 3 members are fine, I think. And since we all live in nearby time zones, it'll be much easier to communicate.)
Message from the Dremeton government to the Notix :
No, the Helmahkt are still stationing in the Gar-aeroix, and the Concordate still occupies their homeworld.
Message from the Dremeton government :
What has happened could only be expected. But now, we must ask ourselves about the prupose of this, and the nature of this sphere.
And we support your search for the Heatherians, for finding one's ancestors and brethrens is always good, although we must say we highly doubt any survived after these 600,000 years since your arrival here.
Finally, we agree that if money had no value, they would not have had such problems, although the heart of the problem lies in their pollution of Nature.

What do the Concordate see in that planet. Can we not at least crudely signal that if the Helmahkt try to take back they're planet we will support them? Also can we not send them resources as a sign of peace. We feel bad that they have lost they're homes....
Also can any other long range scanners see anything at the attached co-ordinates? It looks like a relatively large comet coming towards the system... We are still calculating whether it will even pass close to Gar-Aeroix, and what it is made of...

Re: The Elithian Alliance - Original Roleplay
(Why so ? There can't be 23 hours in the world.)
Message from the Dremeton government to the Notix :
We think it best to leave things as they are for the moment. We all have enough problems for the moment. We do not need war with the Concordate, and the Helmahkt are still an agressive race, you must not forget that. Of course, we must not be without compassion, and we would willingly offer some goods to them, if the Alliance was to make such a move. But unfortunately, we do not even know what they eat, so our food might be poisonous to them. The only thing we could properly offer them would be electronics, metals and other machines for their ships, which might be damaged after so much time spent in space.
And if indeed a comet is coming, we believe we must discard this news, for it could not cause any danger. But if it was proven to be something more solid, such as an asteroid, the Gar-Aeroix might be threatened once more.

We did have soldiers on their homeworld and we did get samples... We suggest also from they're anatomy they are omnivorous, so sending them some (Cloned) plant matter cannot hurt. Even if just a sign of peace. We also agree with the sending of metals, they may need help...
Closer scans of the Comet suggests it is made mainly of ice, but is also made from an unknown crystalline substance... We have runs some calculations and suggest that it WILL NOT hit Elithia... Although it will stray into our system...
We however are predicting it is not set in stone!

Message from the Aeginian government:
We think the sphere may be connected to the last messages sent to us by the Theleans. We know not how exactly they would be connected, but the sphere may have been built by or for the Brotherhood of Darghae.
In the meantime, the Theleans have started landing troops onto the sphere. The sphere has a diameter of around 7,8 kilometers, so only ralatively small ships can land on it without too many problems.
Indeed, it is not very likely any Heatherians survived, but that does not discourage us from trying to find possible decendants. We can only hope that they were as lucky as us to find a habitable planet...
Concerning the Helmahkt, we think sending supplies to them is a good thing to do, but can we be they will not see us as foes? Knowing that we have still not succeeded in properly contacting them, we know not how to ensure them that we are peaceful.
Therefore we think that if we choose to send any supplies, it is best to do so using probes or other unmanned spaceships.
Last of all, may we ask what the dimensions of this comet are, if known? If possible, we can send a ship to land on the comet and take samples of the crystalline substance.

We suggested not exactly sending the resource straight to them but to open communications and show it to them... Then leave it unprotected and hope they take it...
The comet doesn't look stable enough to carry a ship landing, and is hurtling towards us remarkably quickly.... We can now guarantee that it won't hit Elithia or any of it's moons... But since we reran the simulations with Snowcloud 6 included we have worked one thing out...
It will Hit Icicle on an uninhabited plain... It will hit within the Aera... We should of picked it up earlier but our long range scanners have been busy...
We have calculated the exact location of impact and it will not damage any civilisation but we are deploying science teams to investigate as soon as it lands...

Message from the Dremeton government :
We can only wait and see what happens. Does the sphere have any noteworthy outward features which might clear it's origins ?
And indeed, a manned expedition would be much too dangerous. Knowing their fleet has returned to Har-magil after the main Concordate fleet left, we might be able to send a few unmanned containers there, to land near the location where some Helmahkt ships landed. The Concordate fleet should leave the containers pass, as they fire only on manned ships, and if they are weapons, destroy them. But they will not prevent supplies from passing, being at war with none of the two parties involved.
Finally, we wonder what we will discover about the comet, once it will have crashed. We doubt it will be nothing more but usual comets, but space is so vast that our knowledge of it can always only be at best sketchy. And to finish with, as the Aeginians asked, what are the dimensions of this comet ? It must be very large to survive a reentry in Icicle's atmosphere.

Message from the Aeginian government:
The spherical object is a near-perfect sphere with no protrusions detected as of now. However, faint glowing lines can be seen on its surface, but we can not find any structure in the way these lines are organized.
These lines became visable some time after the Theleans had landed on the sphere, but we know not what exactly caused the lines to become visable. Right now, the Theleans seem to be exploring the sphere's surface, apparently searching for something.
On another note, the M-ASA Camelot has been repaired. We have sent it back to the Kri-Aerith again, where we hope to be able to finally repel the unidentified aliens threatening our fleet.

This is indeed very strange. If this object was made by a member of the Brotherhood, the Theleans should not have a problem to access it's interior, which is probably their goal. But if they were not intended to access this spere, things will become much more suspect. As before, we ask what the Theleans could possibly want with it.

Message from the Aeginian government:
Knowing that Creaton spoke of the 'awakening of his brethren', the sphere could be the place where those 'brethren' rest. And it seems the Theleans indeed sought to enter the sphere, for they have opened an entrance on the sphere's surface. No Theleans have entered it though, but we think we know why:
The Darghorok Prime has arrived right above the sphere, apparently dropping several Theleans on its surface. We think we have seen Creaton amongst them, which would explain why none has entered the sphere yet. Also, we have detected creatures other than Theleans or Hyvons walk on the sphere's surface, altough they do share certain similarities, such as the partial Hyverium exoskeleton, and the reddish colour of their skin.

Message from the Comet-watching Notix, currently awaiting the fireworks....
Yeah it's a bit precise!
Anyway the Comet is about the 50 Metres by 50 Metres... Weirdly though it is glowing a faint purple, from within... Possibly from the Crystals...
We wish to have all rights to any substances within the comet and will report any discoveries as and when they happen...

Message from the Dremeton government :
This is extremely suspicious. If Creaton was indeed to awaken his "brethrens", we can only hope he will not assert his past authority with violence. If so is the case, our only hope will be the other Key bearing races. We should perhaps contact the Ventrons and Drometodonts about what Creaton could want, and what exactly is this "Brotherhood of Darghae".
And do you have any holographic versions of these other creatures ? We wonder what they could be, and where they came from.
Concerning the comet, we highly doubt such a small thing will survive reentry in the atmosphere. It is probable only the crystal core will survive. This glow, though, is very strange. Finally, we think that if ever these crystals were found to be of great value, they should be handed over to the Assembly. If however they do not provide any one race with too much power or influence over the others, you may retain these rights. But we wish for you to allow access to it to scientists of various races, including ours, which shares Icicle with you, we must remind you. We wish to have a share of the rights to the crystals, whatever their nature, which would amount to 20% of any and all profits made from them, in one way or another, if the crystals were left to you. We would of course contribute to research about them. Do you accept ?(I can smell you cooking some business coup !)

Grr... You know us too well!
Agreed we will share the crystals with the Dremeton, but they are officially owned by the Assembly...
The Comet since the glow has started has sped up incrementally and will collide within hours... We hope the snow of it's collision point is deep enough to cushion the blow and not obliterate the core...
From what we can tell so far is that the core emits an aura of energy and has something going on within it...
I recommend that any races on Icicle should shelter as many citizens as possible just to prevent any unforeseen damage...

We are glad you agree to share any ressources which might be discovered. Cooperation is the very spirit of this alliance, afer all.
And we will shelter our settlers in buildings. But what type of energy does it emit ? Is it heat, radiation, or else ?

Message from the Aeginian government:
What we suspected was true: Creaton was indeed dropped onto the sphere, and he was also the first to enter it. At least a hundred others followed, all dissapearing into the sphere.
Models of the creatures are being made right now and will be published as soon as they are finished.
We have sent messages to the Ventrons about the Brotherhood, and we have sent some Aegi to Zana to ask the Drometodont about all they know concerning the Brotherhood as well. We hope to receive responses and reports soon.
As for the crystals, we wish for one or several samples for research and possibly as an addition to our Musea Dorminica's collection.
The light and other radiation emitted by the comet are very mysterious. Investigation to the cause of the radiation should start as soon as the impact area is safe.
Also, several groups of Aegi and Hymid have left Elithia to watch the impact, and we would like to know if they have arrived safe and sound.

Let us hope we will not be cursing the time the Theleans arrived in the Sol aeroix in a few aerii, for either the worst imaginable is about to occur, or nothing at all.

Message from the Aeginian government:
We have received a response from the Ventrons, as well as a report from our people in Zana.
First of all, this is what the Ventrons know about the Brotherhood of Darghae:
"The Brotherhood of Darghae is an ancient group, chosen by the Centens, which once ruled this galaxy. There were five members, but we know only the first member: Creaton. The other four are said to have been Theleans as well, supposedly even the real brothers of Creaton, hence the name.
They ruled during the Time before Times, but we know not what caused their fall."
The Drometodont in Zana had some more information for us:
"The Brotherhoof of Darghae is a most ancient group of Theleans which once ruled this galaxy. The five members, Creaton and his brothers, were chosen by the Centens as rulers of the galaxy, so their power was is some way to be called legitimate.
The Brotherhood of Darghae ruled for a very long time, but fell at the end of the 'Time before Times'. What caused their fall is still unknown to us, unfortunetely. The Centens and the Brotherhood's members are probably the only ones to know of the cause, but none has ever agreed to tell us about it.
After the fall of the Brotherhood of Darghae the Centens chose five other beings to form a second Brotherhood, namely the Brotherhood of Tenaghae. Unlike the first Brotherhood, the new one had members of five different species, to prevent one empire from growing too powerful. The Brotherhood of Tenaghae does not rule the galaxy anymore, for reasons kept secret. The only other thing we can tell you is that there supposedly is a third Brotherhood, but we know no further details."

This is indeed very mysterious. This also teaches us much about the history of our galaxy in the past, also giving us precise information on the four key-bearers.
But if Creaton seeks to reform his brotherhood, we must all be worried. Knowing him, if he truly seeks to regain ultimate ascendancy among the stars of the Gar-aerith, he will not hesitate to use force, great force. Not only that, but he and his brothers belong to the past. They are not to return, for their fall, however unfortunate, was definitive. Now, they must leave the younger races of the world to preside over their own destinies.
Speaking of self-determination, it must be said that the Centens themselves hold little right to control the Xanafir, and to mandate others to rule over the infinite multitude of races which rise and wall within the Gar-aerith and smaller aerith.
We must at least try to make Creaton understand his time is over. Even if he does not heed our warning, he will at least know his rule is unwelcome.
Finally, the news of this third brotherhood is most intriguing. It must be wondered if they do not still exist, presiding over our lives, as we speak, controlling our thoughts and actions. But if it exists, no trace or proof of it has ever been found, which is mysterious for a group of probably the most powerful people or races in the galaxy. Or perhaps the Centens, if it is effectively them who created this brotherhood, precisely chose them so they would be discrete, unlike the power-wagers of the past, which they probably realized were not suited for the task they had given them.
And finally, if the Centens we know of are not the true ones, we must ask ourselves where the true ones went, and if they know of this third brotherhood.
Finally, will we allow Creaton and his brothers, if they effectively awaken, to rule the aerith ?
