Assembly/High Council Meetings

As you might have noticed, there are two new sections: The High Council Meetings, and the Assembly Meetings. Everyone is allowed to view the messages inside the new sections, but not everyone is allowed to post in them. If you're not a member of the High Council/Assembly, but you can still post messages in the new sections, please let me know.

For every meeting, a new thread will be made. The title of every thread should be High Council Meeting - (Insert the subject here) or Assembly Meeting - (Insert the subject here) depending on the section it is made in. Once a meeting is over, and a decision has been made, the thread will be locked.
