The Elithian Alliance will hold contests every once in a while, hosted by either me, Aegonian, or another member. If you have any questions, comments, suggestions or anything like that, feel free to post a message about it. You can either use your own species or one of the species I created (A list of these species can be found at the bottom of the page).

""We, leaders of the Gar-Aeroix and all territories linked to it, have, with the sacred power bestowed upon us by the Elithian citizens, agreed to form a federate union, for the greater good of the Elithian collecitve, for peace and harmony.
We, leaders of the Gar-Aeroix and all territories linked to it, have signed these agreements, whereby:

Article 1- All members of all species shall be equal to the regards of the general Elithian Law, whether they are poor, rich, sick, or healthy.

Article 2- All signing parties shall form the Elithian assembly, where all species shall have one representative, who shall defend his nation's rights and interests.

Article 3- The five most populated, most economically capable and militarily powerful nations of the Gar-Aeroix and beyond shall form the body known as the High Council, whose members shall be granted the right to veto the decisions of the assembly, and propose new laws that the assembly will have to vote.

Judiciary annex :

Sub-article 1- All decisions shall only be passed if the concerned vote gathers the absolute majority of the present representatives.

Sub-article 2- All Elithian Assembly meetings shall be public, and the High Council sessions shall be private, but an official resume shall be published.

Military annex :

Sub-article 1- All conflicts shall be decided and resolved by the Elithian Assembly and High Council.

Sub-article 2- All conflicts involving the entire Gar-Aeroix shall need the absolute majority in both the Elithian Assembly and High Council to be conducted.

Sub-article 3- Dreadnoughts, as thus defined : "- Dreadnoughts are kilometer-long capital ships mounting heavy, long-range firepower. A dreadnought's power lies in the length of its main gun. Dreadnoughts range from 800 meters to several kilometers long, with a main gun of commensurate length.
Dreadnoughts are so large that it is impossible to safely land them on a planet. The decks of large vessels are arranged perpendicular to the ship's axis of thrust, so that the "top" decks are towards the front of the ship and the "bottom" decks are towards the rear of the ship." shall be limited to the number of 5 for the Council races, and only the Council races, while the Hyvons shall be granted 3 dreadnoughts, and all other assembly species shall be authorized to build, and use, in any place and time, 1 dreadnoughts, lest a war necessitate more.

Sub-article 4- Weapons of mass destruction shall be strictly limited in number and power. Those already existing shall be locked down in a safe place, and those that cannot be destroyed or locked must see their activation codes be given to all Council races, one different one for each race, meaning they can only function if all species agree to use it.

Sub-article 5- The Elithian Assembly shall form a peace-keeping force which will assure that peace is respected and that this chart is respected in war-torn sectors.

Sub-article 6- The dreanought limit applies to political, economical and military ensembles,, Nations, and not to single species. Double species that have joined together wil thus be authorized only the number of dreadnoughts their union can possess, their union counting as a single nation.

Sub-article 7- Any devices of great power, which might give any given spieces a decisive advantage over other species, be this device of military or other nature, shall be shared with the Assembly as soon as possible. These devices shall be in the use of the Assembly and High Council alone, which shall decide if they shall be locked or be permitted to use.

Economic annex :

Sub-article 1- All species shall agree not to artificially inflate or deflate the value of their currency, under the penalty of a temporary excluson from votes.

Other :

Sub-article 1- If any nation part of the Elithian Assembly does not respect this chart, it shall be temporarily or permanently excluded based on the fault they commited from the said assembly. Only nations part of the Assembly can interact economically with other nations, or adress diplomatic messages to other races.

Every member will have a rank, from Civilian to Gar-Nahagi. In order to climb up in rank you must collect points by winning contests and creating Elithia-related creations. Every creation will give you one new point, adventures might give you more. Contest creations give you five points and winnig a contest gives you even more, depending on what kind of contest you win. You can always try to hold a contest here, and if I approve it (Which I probably always will) it earns you several points as well, depending on what kind of contest and how succesful it is.

If you build buildings, please put several houses or so in a single creation. This way we can build more cities on the planet before maxing out the complexity. All ranks include, along with description:

Gar-Nahagi: Great leader, translated from the Elithian language. These highly respected members can rule over an entire system. Requires at least 300 points, one contest won and one contest hosted.

Nahagi: Leader, translated from the Elithian language. These members may rule over several planets, as well as many colonies. Requires at least 150 points, and at least one won contest.

Laegenda: A Laegenda may rule over a single planet, as well as several colonies. Requires at least 75 points.

Gahil: Mayor, translated from the Elithian language. These may rule over several colonies. Requires at least 25 points.

Calion: A Calion may rule over a single colony. To achieve this rank you must have made a set of buildings (town hall, factory, house and entertainment) for Spore players, or one level/four buildings made in LBP for LBP players.

Caiin: The starter rank. These may only rule over their cities on their home planet.

(Ruling over a planet means that you may decide whether you accept colonies of other species. Ruling over an entire system means you may decide whether you accept others to enter the said system. usually, this only counts for self-made planets.)

Aegonian i finished the New Atlantis template, and i'll probably be making some new props and creatures to try and fill out the sporecast

This is what we'll be using for the storyline as we've always done. I'll see if I can get it higher on the page, but I think the announcements and global announcements will always be on top...

EDIT: I've made a few first changes to the OP: The Members list is now divided in two: Active members and inactive members/ members who have yet to register on the new forum. Please correct me if I placed you under the wrong section.

Also, the Ranking Database has had some changes, please all look at the new descriptions!

Incoming Transmission from the Sharuqrain Fleet
We have arrived in what you call Gar-Aeroix and we wish to resupply from some of the planets in this system. We have also noticed that there are 3 other fleets in this area and would like to know which of these might be potentially hostile--or, more importantly, willing to lend combat supplies to help us defend our fleet. In addition, we would like to know if you are currently utilizing this space jump zone, as we plan to mine (explosive mines, not the drilling kind.) it to try and intercept our pursuers if they make it past the darkness in Siya-4-BZ.

Message from the Dremeton interim government to the Sharuqrain fleet :

We accept to resupply your forces. The three fleets currently within the Sector are controlled by three extra-Gar-Aeroix system species, the Dark Tigoa, who seem to be somehow linked to the Tigoa, the Concordate, a theocracy seeking Elder relicts, and the Helmahkts, an Agressive race which has been chased out of it's homeplanet by the Concordate. For the moment none has done anything significant, although the Concordate has been drilling Elithia and the Dark Tigoa nearly shot the planet.
