Why don't we start council meetings as separate threads in the Elithian alliance bit?

I guess I missed this, sorry for that... It's a great idea, and I'll add a new section for it, but first I'll need to know something: Should it be hidden to not-council members, should they be able to see it, but not post in it, or should they be able to see and post in it?

I'd say they should be able to see it, but no posting. That way they know when something like that is going on, but they won't be able to come in and post something. 8)
