It's entirely possible. There is some truth in the old interweb saying: "Theres no gurls on teh interwebz!"

While it is certainly possible for some to exist, they are few and far between from what I've been able to discern. Ergo, the chances of an online organization such as the Alliance having female members are small, as the amount of females present online are small.

Or, to simplify; TROLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!! THEIRS NO GURLS ON TEH INTERWEBZ, N00B!!!
