Forum Ranks - Small Tweaks

I made some small tweaks to the forum ranks:

The 'Laegenda' Rank is now for members with 500+ posts (was 750+).
The 'Nahagi' Rank is now for members with 1000+ posts (was 1500+).
The 'Gar-Nahagi' Rank is now for members with 1500+ posts (was 3000+).
The 'Magnus-Nahagi' Rank has been added for members with 3000+ posts.

Here's a list of all current forum ranks:

Gahil.....................75
Haero...................250
Laegenda.............500
Nahagi..................1000
Gar-Nahagi...........1500
Magnus-Nahagi....3000

I don't think anyone will, King. 3,000 is a pretty big number of posts.
