Minecraft Servers

I need some help... I try to go onto servers, but they will only load 1 chunk a minute, there'll be a ton of lag, and I'll be disconnected soon afterwards. This has happened on every server I go on. Does anyone know how I can stop this? I've already tried deleting and redownloading Minecraft...

This is the fault of the Minecraft server, there's nothing you can do about it.

Finnaly, more comments! It's all of that server not working right, I have the same experience. On my friends server (which isn't working) goes extremely slow for me. I can barely do anything. While on the Elithian server, it's all good! Perfect!

Get them to restart the server! Its probably server side lag, also check if they have bukkit! The latest build of bukkit is glitch with 1.3 and 1.3_1


Trust me I go on half a dozen servers.


Also, ask them to temporarily blacklist beds, they cause sometimes MASSIVE lag on a server... More so than TNT + Minecarts combined...

A lot of servers are laggin atm, its Minecraft 1.3 and bukkit together...

I enabled the whitelist at that time to assure you two couldn't join.
The Minecraft servers were struggling and my computer couldn't handle two guys form America, at that moment.

I was running the server for my little brother, and because of the immense lag you caused I enabled the whitelist.

Well not all the time! It usually lags right when I'm doing something extremely important! I get reall frustrated too, especialy if a creeper chasing me......

I hope they'll fix this issue soon. Because I have lag problems too sometimes, and it's so frustrating!
